Short Head and Short Head 

The major difference between standard head and short head is the difference in cavity.

Standard Head---Allowance of larger size of feed, and it enables the customers to conduct first time or second crushing process in practice. Each type of standard head cone crushers includes 4 different cavities including fine, media, coarse and extra coarse.

Short Head---With a relatively deep crushing head, the parallel space of cavity is longer than standard head crushers. When feed size is small enough, finer final products are produced accordingly. It can be conducted as the second or third time crushing process. The same to standard head, each type of short head cone crushers includes 4 different cavities which are fine, media, coarse and extra coarse.
